Bio
Matthew Merritt serves as Assistant Athletic Director at Olympic College, where he focuses on creating a positive and successful experience for student-athletes through strong leadership, organization, and support services. Drawing on his educational background and professional experience in athletics, he works closely with coaches, staff, and campus partners to help student-athletes succeed both in competition and in the classroom. Merritt plays a lead role in game and event management, overseeing operations that ensure a high-quality, professional environment for athletes, officials, and fans. He also manages the Olympic College Fitness Center, supporting the health, wellness, and performance needs of the campus community. Through his commitment to student development and operational excellence, Merritt helps advance the mission and growth of Olympic College Athletics.
