Bio
Bailey Sarto serves as the Athletic Director at Olympic College, a role he began in June 2024. An Olympic College alumnus, Bailey competed for the Rangers baseball program from 2015–2018 before continuing his collegiate playing career at Crown College from 2018–2022, winning the UMAC Conference Title in 2022. Bailey was a part of the first baseball team at Crown College to win a conference championship and helped lead the team to their first Regional appearance as a team captain.
Bailey earned both his Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and his Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Leadership Coaching from Crown College. Prior to becoming Athletic Director, he served Olympic College as a baseball coach and Residence Hall Manager from 2022–2024, helping develop student-athletes both on and off the field. He has extensive experience, furthering his education throughout his career by earning certifications in Mental Health First Aid, Restorative Justice, Title IX, and NCORE.
Originally from Monroe, Washington, Bailey's work ethic and passion for serving others were shaped by his upbringing working on his grandparents' farm and helping operate his family's indoor batting cage business. These experiences instilled the values of hard work, leadership, and community that continue to guide his approach to athletics and student development.
Bailey is committed to creating an environment where student-athletes can excel academically, athletically, and personally. He and his wife, Zoe, are proud parents to their daughter, Brooklyn.
